No additional AE/PQC reported; Expired vaccine used; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a patient of unknown gender and age. The patient's concurrent conditions, medical history and concomitant therapies were not provided. On 04-FEB-2026, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of measles (+) mumps (+) rubella (+) varicella vaccine (PROQUAD) lot # y013579, verified as valid Y013579, expiration date 03-FEB-2026 (dose, route of administration, anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis (Expired product administered). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent lot # 2171167 expiration date 06-FEB-2028 (validity could not be established). There were no temperature excursions. No adverse events were reported.
