Symptom narrative

Donor lost consciousness following the rabies immunizations. Upon regaining consciousness, the donor appeared pale, sweaty and unoriented. Donor's vitals were obtained; results were as follows: At onset of symptoms: BP 56/42, pulse 40. During reaction: BP 78/59, pulse 44 and 13 minutes later BP 81/40, pulse 60. Following reaction event, BP 98/69, pulse 52.
