Symptom narrative

We got it Mid-day, when I arrive home. I became sick,. I have really bad chills and fever. I went to bed. Around 2 AM I knew something was off. I couldn't see well, I was jerking, and twiching. I had trouble walking and very clumsy. I got in the bathroom, I became so hot I thought I was about to have seizure. I check my tempature and couldn't control hands and realize I was able to passed out. So I laid down to keep from hurting myself. That all I remember. I woke up on the floor sometime later unaware of how long. Both of my hands was tingling really bad. My face was covered in sweat, I was able to go back to sleep. Next morning I still have 103 degree fever.
