Mother of patient states that patient's right eye became swollen shut on 26FEB26. On 27FEB26 the right eye returned to normal and then the left eye became swollen shut. Mother denies elevated temperature, change in appetite, change in sleeping patterns, nausea or vomiting, urticaria. Mother advised to take patient to an emergency room for further evaluation. Mother confirmed understanding and had no further questions.
