Her concurrent conditions, medical history and concomitant therapies were not provided. On 29-JAN-2026, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) and unspecified flu vaccine (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot # and expiration date were not provided for both suspect vaccines) for prophylaxis. After receiving the vaccines (considered as on the same day), she experienced pain that radiated down their arms all the way to her hands as well as pain in her back. On 30-JAN-2026, the patient began vomiting and was still experiencing pain. She was transported to the emergency room via ambulance and was hospitalized due to the events.
