Symptom narrative

Patient came back to the pharmacy on the evening of 2/26 with a large raised, red, warm to the touch lesion on her left arm with center being where the vaccine was given. She stated that she woke up with it feeling warm the morning of the 26th and tried putting hydrogen peroxide to help cool the area. The patient state she did not scratch the area nor did the reaction cause itching.
