No additional adverse event; the patient is currently pregnant; First dose of RECOMBIVAX HB on 20-AUG-2025 and second dose on 03-FEB-2026; This spontaneous Prospective pregnancy report was received from a Pharmacist and refers to a 32-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions included pregnancy. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 20-AUG-2025, the patient was vaccinated with first dose of Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB), (lot #Y009436 who had been verified to be a valid lot number, expiration date reported and validated as 12-FEB-2027), 1 mL administered for prophylaxis. It was reported that patient should have received the second dose on 20-SEP-2025 (not received at time of the report) but missed that dose and came into the pharmacy to receive the second dose on 03-FEB-2026 (reported as today) (inappropriate schedule of product administration) The pharmacist also reported the patient was currently pregnant but did not provide details on gestation or LMP (Exposure during pregnancy). Fetal and pregnancy outcome were not reported. No additional AE. No PQC.
