Symptom narrative

Patietn went to see physician after she broke out in a rash all over her body. She was given prednisone 20mg and clobetasol 0.05% cream for treatment. The provider told her it was her immune system overreating in response to vaccine. Currently as of 2/26/26 patient is almost recovered but has scratch marks all over body.
