Patient fainted right after the vaccine administration at 3:08pm vitals taken at 3:10pm (BP 110/64, Ox 100 %at room air, HR 58bpm), were all normal, patient slowly recovered after a minute and was given juice and cookies. Patient reported she has not food today. Patient was also assed by Dr. :Patient was observed and determined that she was safe to discharge at 3:12pm, O2 98% at room air, HR 69bpm.
