Symptom narrative

Pt got his 6 months vaccines 6 days prior to being seen. Fever and congestion began next day after vaccination. diarrhea started 2 days later, tested negative yesterday for flu and covid. Today (6 days after vaccine) developed 102 fever today and diarrhea again.
