never received her 2nd dose of the Shingrix vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 63-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received in 2023 or 2024). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never received her 2nd dose of the Shingrix vaccine). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-FEB-2026 The patient self-reported this case for herself. The patient stated that she had received her first Shingrix vaccine in 2023 or 2024. She stated she never received her 2nd dose of the Shingrix vaccine. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
