Underdose; there was a leakage during the administration of the vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 53-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 5G422, expiry date 07-JUL-2027) for prophylaxis.
