We had a staff member accidentally only give the syringe portion of Penmenvy; Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Penmenvy. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: We had a staff member accidentally only give the syringe portion of Penmenvy) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
