Symptom narrative

received Priorix IM instead of SC; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route in a 64-year-old male patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number 97NT3, expiry date 01-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Priorix (intramuscular). On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route (Verbatim: received Priorix IM instead of SC). The outcome of the subcutaneous injection formulation administered by other route was not applicable.
