a dose of priorix that expired on 16/Feb/2026 was administered to a patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5H95B, expiry date 16-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 24-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 24-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: a dose of priorix that expired on 16/Feb/2026 was administered to a patient).
