Symptom narrative

Bilateral pain behind eyes especially when looking side to side and up/down, eyes "feels swollen", pain in head and neck, difficulty concentrating. I would consider these mild encephalopathy and mild encephalitis, dx with conjunctivitis on 3rd day(2/25/26), Other symptoms: temp 101.4, chills, cold, shivering, skin irritation and redness, cheeks flushed, arms feel weak and achy, sweating, excessive sleeping
