Symptom narrative

Mother reports Pt has been c/o about 1.5-inch lump on R arm, electric nerve pain, back pain, leg pain and HA since 2/13/26. Mother is wondering if it is side effect of vaccines or new medication. 16 y/o adolescent on 2/12/26 received vaccine MENVEO on left arm and BEXSERO on RIGHT arm. Got 3-inch diameter painful lump since night of vaccinations, hurts to touch. By now it is about 1.5 in across. Since the vaccination has had "constant headaches, and body ache, sharp shooting pains down both arms and legs and spine shooting pains." feels pain when moving around. Has had NO fever. NO joint pains, the pains seem to be muscular (myalgias). Dull constant headaches different from migraine. Dizzy and nausea. The day she had the vaccinations, that night just had sore arms. Was instructed to take ibuprofen 800mg every hour or so they understood. Dry mouth since same night as the vaccines. Had started Amitriptyline for headache prevention and dry mouth is a side effect.
