Reported Symptoms: 10028411:MYALGIA; Narrative: 59 YO female who received the RSV vaccine on 1/16/26 proceeded to present to the ED on 1/9/26 with complaints of axillary swelling. She denied any sx of concomitant upper respiratory tract infection, sore throat, chest congestion, cough, shortness of breath. Patient had been using warm compress or heating pad and Tylenol 500 mg twice daily with mild improvement of symptoms prior to presenting on 1/9/26. Patient directed to continue warm compresses or heating pad in addition to increasing to Tylenol 1 gram every 6 hours as needed and was encouraged to present to ED if worsening/persistent symptoms.
