Symptom narrative

Systemic: Seizure-Mild, Additional Details: The husband's wife stopped by the pharmacy today and said that patient experianced a serizure the same night he recieved the vaccines. They were out having dinner and had to call 911. She reported that once the ambulance arrived, he was alert and oriented and vitals were normal. No futher symtoms were seen.
