Systemic: none reported-Mild, Additional Details: Patient made an online appointmetn for vaccine priorix, when patient came we checked in patient and gave vaccine and after giving the vaccine patient mentioned that he made an appointmetn for Varivax vaccine not for Priorix (MMR) , he mentioned to me he already got MMR few weeks ago, i varified that yes patient got Priorix(MMR ) on 02/11/2026. 2nd dose is not 4 weeks apart.
