Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Vomiting-Severe, Additional Details: pt stated that after he left the vaccine room about 10 minutes after he felt like he will pass out. he went to get a drink from the store cooler came back and sat down in the waiting area at our store and became to vomit. after about 5-10minutes he felt fine and wanted to leave. he said he had coffee and a light breakfast this morning. pt said no follow up was required from the pharmacy.
