Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Mild, Additional Details: Patient called to let me know that her pnemonia vaccine still red at site of injection site. Since she was going to come in today to pick up medication she had me look at her arm. She addressed that she went to see a doctor and just advised to take bendaryl. When she came in at the pharmacy and showed me her arm, it was red at the site of injection and she reported that it was still itchy. I recommended hydrocortisone to help with itchyness and redness.
