Symptom narrative

I am an SLP who works with this individual on a weekly basis for swallowing issues. She arrived to therapy with extreme pain in her left arm after a DTaP vaccination. She received the vaccination after an injury. Patient reported increased difficulty swallowing with swelling into her neck and face due to the injection. Her nerve pain increased considerably. Due to these issues, she decreased the amount of food she ate due to pain, as well as, increased digestion issues after receiving the shot. Her symptoms continue to persist 4 months after the vaccination.
