Symptom narrative

Mom reports rash starting 2/26/26. Initially on abdomen and then spreading to feet, arms, legs and face. Seen for 6 mo vaccines and received 1st Pediatrix, HIb and PCV. Mom also reports fever 2/26/26 x 2 days ago. Mom gave motrin for fever, now resolved. Using OTC HC on rash, and does not think it is helping. Feels rash is stable. No sick contacts. Otherwise, acting normally, happy and playful. Eating and drinking well
