On 27-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) Injection (valid lot #Y004114, expiration date was provided and confirmed as: 12-Feb-2026) 0.5 mL administered for prophylaxis; the vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (DILUENT MERCK) Solution for injection (valid lot #2053191 for pre-filled syringe, expiration date: 11-Jan-2028) (expired product administered).
