Symptom narrative

Patient reported that she had her blood work done 2 days after getting her last COVID vaccine on 1/22/2022 and her TSH level was up at 10.1. Her previous TSH level was 1.24. There were no other contributing factors and when it was repeated after 3 months, the level went back down to 1.59. So her provider attributed that increase to getting COVID vaccine right before. For this reson, pt has not had any COIVD vaccine since then and her TSH levels have stayed where they should be per patient.
