Symptom narrative

Cough with hemoptysis - Patient seen in ED 3/1/26 - ED provider order D -dimer labs ordered, Chest Xray, ECG. Patient called travel Clinic 3/2/26 to report coughing blood and if related to vaccine- Travel Clinic provider spoke with patient on phone further labs completed. Patient to monitor for any further symptoms at home as no further coughing blood noted 3/2/26. Any symptoms arise patient was directed to seek emergency care . Patient continues to be monitored with travel clinic check in
