Patient asked for Typhoid and Hep A vaccine due to travel. Patient had no contraindications and had vaccines before without any issues. Patient also had something to eat/drink earlier that day. After administration patient stayed in the immunization room stating he feels a little dizzy. I responded that may happen and I will check up on him in 5 min. After exactly 5 min, I came back and patient was sweaty and he was having vision problems and looked pale but no breathing problems. I grabbed a water bottle for him and asked store manager to sit with him while I contacted EMS. A few more minutes later patient said he was starting to feel better. EMS came, took patient's vitals. Patient's blood pressure was low but still within normal range. Patient's color came back and was walking around hooked up to EMS's machine and everything looked good. EMS said it was an unknown event and don't know what triggered patients reaction. Patient walked around for a few more minutes inside the store before heading out. Patient was joking around and fine 40min after administration.
