On 20-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (Batch/Lot Number: Z015815) (Expiration date: 13-Oct-2027); Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (Batch/Lot Number: Z010669) (Expiration date: 24-Jun-2027), together with sterile diluent, both for prophylaxis.
