Adult dose to a pediatric patient; Adult dose to a pediatric patient; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a 11-year-old patient who received HBV (Engerix B adult) (batch number T5D73) for prophylaxis. On 23-FEB-2026, the patient received Engerix B adult. On 23-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B adult, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: Adult dose to a pediatric patient) and adult product administered to child (Verbatim: Adult dose to a pediatric patient). The outcome of the overdose and adult product administered to child were not applicable.
