No adverse event; Medical Assistant reported administration of improperly stored vaccines; This non-serious spontaneous Safety Report was received with reference number: 02899610 (Interaction Number: 02899603) by partner on 03-NOV-2025 and forwarded to agency on 04-NOV-2025 from a health professional. Due to the nature of the event, the causality between Vaxelis and the event of Medical Assistant reported administration of improperly stored vaccines to multiple patients beginning on 10/2/2025 and no adverse is not applicable. This case is considered nonvalid due to no patient identifiers were provided. Further information is expected. This non-serious spontaneous Safety Report was received with reference number: 02899610 (Interaction number: 02899603) by partner on 20-NOV-2025 and forwarded to agency on 20-NOV-2025 from a Health Professional.
