Symptom narrative

6-month-old male patient was inadvertently administered a dose of GARDASIL 9 in addition to doses of VAXELIS; This non-serious spontaneous safety report, with reference number 02943911 (Interaction Number 02943907), was received by partner on 05-FEB-2026 and forwarded to agency on 05-FEB-2026 from an employee and a physician. Due to the nature of the event, the causality between the event '6-month-old male patient was inadvertently administered a dose of GARDASIL 9 in addition to doses of VAXELIS' and Vaxelis was not applicable. Further information is expected.
