Doing a catch-up dose; patient received Vaxelis dose, but they also mistakenly received Pentacel; This non-serious spontaneous safety report, with reference number 2026SA047533 (Inquiry Number: 02810536), was received by partner on 12-FEB-2026 and forwarded to agency on 13-FEB-2026 from a pharmacist. This case was considered off-label use due to the event event Inappropriate schedule of product administration. Due to the nature of the events, the causality between the events 'Doing a catch-up dose' and 'patient received Vaxelis dose, but they also mistakenly received Pentacel' and Vaxelis was not applicable. Further information is expected.
