Supposed to receive ADACEL, but she was accidentally administered with VAXELIS; Product use in unapproved population; This non-serious spontaneous Safety Report was received with reference number: 2026SA023880 (Inquiry number: 02789638) by partner on 23-JAN-2026 and forwarded to agency on 24-JAN-2026 from a health care professional. Due to the nature of the event, the causality between the events "Product use in unapproved population" and "Supposed to receive ADACEL, but she was accidentally administered with VAXELIS" and Vaxelis is not applicable. This case is considered off-label use. Further information is expected.
