Symptom narrative

Shingrix #2 given in L deltoid by MA on 2/9/26. L arm with pain in upper arm/shoulder on 2/10/26. Started ibuprofen 600mg BID-TID x 3 days, then TID PRN after that. Shoulder sling when she is working and active for first 1-2 days. Discussed the importance of gentle movement of shoulder throughout the day. Fitted with med sling prior to leaving clinic.
