Guillain Barre Syndrome; This is a spontaneous report received from a Physician from a sales representative. An 80-year-old male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: GUILLAIN-BARRE SYNDROME (hospitalization), 4 weeks after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovered", described as "Guillain Barre Syndrome". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of guillain-barre syndrome. Clinical information: The patient experienced Guillain Barre Syndrome 4 weeks after being vaccinated with Prevnar 20. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.; Sender's Comments: Based on available information and plausible temporal association, the event Guillain Barre Syndrome is assessed as related to pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein).
