An 80-year-old male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: GUILLAIN-BARRE SYNDROME (hospitalization), 4 weeks after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovered", described as "Guillain Barre Syndrome". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of guillain-barre syndrome. Clinical information: The patient experienced Guillain Barre Syndrome 4 weeks after being vaccinated with Prevnar 20.
