The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (death), COVID-19 (death), outcome "fatal" and all described as "gave him the normal two shots and then a booster shot which brought on covid and killed my dad". The patient date of death was 02Oct2021. Reported cause of death: "gave him the normal two shots and then a booster shot which brought on covid and killed my dad".
