Allergic reaction to vaccine - Patient received PCV-23 back on February 23 2026 - Patient reports 2 days later breaking out in full body rash - Patient reports trying Vistaril with no effect and pharmacy telling her to try Benadryl - Recommended patient try Benadryl - Also giving patient Decadron IM 6 mg - reporting vaccination sfx - Follow-up as needed or if no improve
