Symptom narrative

3/2/26 cellulitis at L arm injection site. Is sore, swollen, red, warm and about the size of a hand. Pt has no fever. Thinks Trumenba was the vaccine on the L side. They used ice and ibuprofen over the weekend. Pt was at Hospital Site this morning for IVIG and Infusion Nurses said it looked "narly" I recommended contact PCP, Urgent Care or ER if needed . 3/3/2026 Patient states arm is still sore and has rash. Confirms they went to Urgent Care yesterday and was placed on po ABx - Cephalexin 500mg 4x daily. No follow up appt scheduled. Will f/u approx 2 days for status updated. Pt agreed.
