Only liquid portion administered; Only liquid portion administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) for prophylaxis. On 17-FEB-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 17-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Only liquid portion administered) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Only liquid portion administered). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
