vaccine was withdrawn from the vial and kept in the syringe inside the fridge.; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 17-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number Z453D, expiry date 31-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 12-FEB-2026, the patient received Menveo. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: vaccine was withdrawn from the vial and kept in the syringe inside the fridge.). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-FEB-2026 On 23-FEB-2026, a healthcare professional called to know if a Menveo one vial vaccine could be used in case the original patient did not show up and the vaccine was withdrawn from the vial and kept in the syringe inside the fridge. This occurred on 12-FEB-2026, and the vaccine was intended to be used with another patient.
