Tylenol given by parents at home, as of 3/4/26 @ 0949 temperature was down to 99.0

Current illness

Cold and congestion symptoms for 1-week, rectal temperature 100.4 on 3/2/26. Afebrile on 3/3/26 at 99.3. Vaccines given at WCC on 3/3/26. Temperature returned the evening after vaccines given. Not sure if the fever is related to the vaccines.
