Date of vaccine and date adverse event started are estimates. Patient does not remember exact dates. Patient advised that about 3 months after her 2nd dose of the Moderna COVID 19 vaccine she developed atrial fibrillation for which she had to get ablation surgery done. After that she put on 60 lbs of weight.
