Symptom narrative

alternately chills/sweat and severe malaise starting Day 2 and continuing greater than 1 week. Severe headache starting 4 days post-vaccine, leading to vomiting. Dehydration starting 5 days post-vaccine that required IV fluids 5 days post-vaccine. Severe headache, diarhea, dehydration, malaise continued days 6-13. Saw family doctor on Day 13 post-vaccine who how nothing to suggest except taking blood. Blood pressure was low. At day 13 -- writing of this report -- still not able to regulate body temperature, still not able to regulate fluids. Severe malaise persists. Patient has been unable to participate in normal daily activities due to severity of symptoms.
