Symptom narrative

Evening of vaccinations on 3/3/26 patient began to have soreness causing no sleep. She states the vaccinations were painful at administration. She had a fever starting that evening as well. A large welt on her arm has now caused streaking down her arm. She went to the walk in clinic to be seen. On 3/4/26 at 10am edema in the arm was notable but has worsened into the afternoon (3pm). A headache has continued through this day as well.
