Symptom narrative

Patient reported that after her second dose of COVID vaccine, she went to the urgent care because she felt really sick. Patient stated she normally is not one to get care or make a big deal out of being sick. Urgent care reported it was from the vaccine. She developed arrythmias and was later informed by her cardiologist that her arrythmias were a result of the COVID vaccine. Her cardiologist told her not to get any more COVID vaccines.
