Symptom narrative

I believe the issue is about placement more than the vaccination itself. I remember the injection was really high and painful on my arm. I subsequently developed a lipoma at the exact injection site requiring surgical removal on March 3, 2026 at [withheld name] Medical Center by Dr. [withheld name]. All three Pfizer injections were administered to my left deltoid at a [withheld name] Health employee vaccination site in 2021. Keloid formation is anticipated at the surgical site. I believe this is consistent with SIRVA due to incorrect injection placement technique
