Vaccine Administration Error/No adverse event occurred. Pt was given a live virus vax while taking a low dose of immunosuppressant "off-label" for infertility tx. Nurse did not recognize until after delivery of YF vax that pt was on 1 mg Prograf / tacrolimus and had taken it for 4 days. Nurse consulted MD immediately. Nurse then called pt and told her to stop taking Prograf & placquenil. Pt reported she would. Over the course of 24 hrs: Sanofi, CDC Arbovirus, DPH SME's were consulted as well as our Pharmacist. Pt was kept up to date with all recommendations. Key Recs: Report VAERS, Pt agreed to self monitor 30 days s/sx viscerotropic & or neurotropic, seek immediate MA if s/sx, pharma did not rec revax or titer checks as dose was unlikely to cause immunosuppression, revax not rec. Checking YF titers is option, however it is reasonable to consider her protected. Continue no pregnancy & no tacrolimus 30 days.
