Symptom narrative

Approx 4 hours after vaccination child c/o leg pain which became progressively worse. After more time had passed, child was unable to walk due to weakness in both legs. He also reportedly experienced urinary incontinence, unaware he was wetting himself. Later in the evening, around 8pm, he was reported to be lethargic and disoriented, unable to find his way to his own bedroom. Child was taken to the ER for evaluation the following day and released without any treatment. Mom reports by 48hours post vaccination his symptoms had completely resolved and he was back to his normal self without complaint.
