Symptom narrative

Parent stated patient received vaccines 2/26/26. Last evening when they arrived home, patient received a bath, and dose of Tylenol, and tolerated it well. Parent stated she placed Diclofenac cream to the patient's thighs for comfort, stated, "it's meant for that". ( Unclear where they got that ). Parent stated patient did well last night. Patient's mother stated today patient has redness both thighs at injection sites. Parent stated she gave the last dose of po Tylenol at 9am. Parent concerned that the R thigh is very red, lump, tender, and patient fussy. Triage asked parent to take patient's temp during the call and temp 101.1.
